1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the InventEase mobile application ("App") or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Service

InventEase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your internal business purposes, including:

• Creating and managing invoices, quotations, and purchase orders.
• Tracking inventory, warehouses, and stock levels.
• Managing customer and vendor profiles.
• Generating business reports and analytics.

3. User Responsibilities

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Data Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you input, including tax rates (GST), product prices, and customer details. InventEase is not liable for errors in your invoices resulting from incorrect data entry.
• Compliance: You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including tax laws.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, features, and functionality, is the exclusive property of InventEase (owned by Cohunt Technologies LLP). You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

5. Limitation of Liability

InventEase is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InventEase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the App.

6. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
