Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the InventEase mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These services are provided by **Cohunt Technologies LLP**. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

InventEase provides a suite of business management and billing tools that allow users to:

  • Generate GST-compliant invoices, quotations, and purchase orders.
  • Upload company logos and digital seals/signatures for document personalization.
  • Manage Product lists, Client details, and Warehouse/Store locations.
  • Access automated Monthly Reports for paid invoices and business analytics.

3. User Accounts and Security

  • OTP Authentication: User registration and logins are secured via Email OTP. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account.
  • Account Management: Users are responsible for updating their Company Profile and maintaining secure passwords. Profile updates and password changes can be managed directly within the App settings.
  • Data Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all data entered, including GSTIN, bank details, tax rates, and warehouse info. InventEase is not liable for errors in documents or reports resulting from incorrect user input.
  • Storage: Uploaded assets (Logos and Signatures) are stored securely on **AWS S3** with restricted programmable access.

4. Account Deletion and Termination

Users have the right to terminate their account at any time by opening the Sidemenu in the app and navigating to Settings > Delete My Account:

  • Verification: Account deletion requires OTP verification sent to the registered email address to ensure the request is authorized.
  • Data Removal: Upon deletion, all user data—including profile information, all invoices and quotations, product and customer lists, warehouse details, and assets stored on AWS S3—will be **permanently and irreversibly deleted**.
  • Irreversibility: Once the deletion process is complete, data cannot be recovered under any circumstances.

5. Intellectual Property

The App’s code, design, and original features are the exclusive property of **Cohunt Technologies LLP**. Users retain ownership of their uploaded business data and assets (Logos and Signatures).

6. Limitation of Liability

InventEase is provided on an "AS IS" basis. We shall not be held liable for any financial losses, business interruptions, tax discrepancies, or legal issues arising from the use of the App, the generation of reports, or incorrect invoices.
