1. Introduction

Welcome to InventEase ("we," "our," or "us"). We provide a free billing, warehouse, and inventory management platform. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your business data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

2. Information We Collect

To provide accurate billing and management services, we collect the following information:

  • Account & Authentication: Email address (verified via OTP), business name, and account password.
  • Business Profile: Company name, full address, GSTIN, and Bank Account details to be printed on invoices.
  • Media Assets: Company logo and Seal/Signature images provided by you for invoice personalization.
  • Operational Data: Details of your Product lists, Warehouse/Store details, Client information, Quotations, and Invoices generated within the app.
  • Reporting Data: Information regarding paid invoices to generate Monthly Sales and Payment Reports.

3. App Permissions

To function correctly, InventEase requires the following permissions:

  • Storage/Media Access: Required to upload your company logo and seal/signature from your gallery, and to save or download generated PDF invoices, quotations, and monthly reports to your device.

4. Data Storage and Security

  • Cloud Storage: All user-uploaded images (Logos, Seals, and Signatures) are stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) S3. We use secure, programmable IAM access to ensure these files are not publicly accessible and are handled with high security.
  • Data Protection: We implement industry-standard encryption and secure protocols to protect your sensitive business records, warehouse data, and financial reports.
  • Security Settings: Users can update their profile information and change their account passwords directly within the App settings.

5. Account Deletion (Irreversible)

We respect your right to data sovereignty. You can delete your account at any time by opening the Sidemenu in the app and navigating to Settings > Delete My Account.

  • Process: Deletion requires OTP verification sent to the registered email to prevent unauthorized actions.
  • Outcome: Upon confirmation, your Profile information, all Invoices and Quotations, Product and Customer data, Warehouse details, Company settings, and assets stored on AWS S3 will be permanently deleted from our servers.
  • Notice: This action is irreversible. Once the account is deleted, your business data cannot be recovered.

6. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party providers to enhance our service:

  • Infrastructure: AWS S3 for secure file and media storage.
  • Communications: Email service providers for secure OTP delivery.

7. Children's Privacy

InventEase is a business tool and is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
